I take 3, it's really not weird! But it has dawned upon me some people find this weird so now I feel obliged to make this thread to understand other peoples showering habits.

I take 1 in the morning to wake up.
I take another after school at about 4/5 ish (sometimes I don't if I'm busy or tired).
I take 1 at night to put me to sleep.

I don't think its excessive at all, but some of you think differently....@drowzee, @TorpidPhil @iAre Teh Lejend and others... :h:

usually every other day
I like my hair thick and frizzy (volumised) so if I'm going in the shower all the time, my hair will become too flat and tame and that's lame, man
I used to wash my hair every day though when I had different kinds of style

by the way, washing your hair more than once a hair *really* can't be healthy. I'd say maybe every single day may even be pushing the bar.
