Who knows how many trans people are involved in this petition? They tend to be 99% full of people desperate to show how good they are virtual signaling.
I'm guessing they don't fully understand the whole freedom of speech thing. Morons.

Funny to see a left-wing feminist icon getting bitten on the arse by hoards of left wing feminists and SJWs .
I may be wrong here but I don't remember her speaking out against the attempts to no platform Farrell at Toronto, nor come to that any of the recent no platform petitions both here and in America and Canada.
May be she'll do it from now on.
There a generation of students being unleashed on the world who won't be able to deal with a dissenting viewpoint no matter how reasonably put.
These people are bullies. It will be a boycott of her books next.
It's a serious problem all this lack of free speech, lack of critical discussion and lack of being able to take criticism

Yeah i would be outraged if it wasnt Greer. That woman was talking *******s on newsnight about trans being a form of mysogeny. Im all for free speach but Greers a moron.
It's amusing watching right wing reactionaries who have all suddenly become Germaine Greer's best mates so they can kick back at the weaker party in the exchange.

There's nothing wrong with a boycott of her books. A boycott is a personal choice you are and should be well within your rights to make. What worries me is that these people may try and stop everybody from buying and reading her books.

The entire leftist movement will eventually consume itself from within, when people realise that they are in fact different, and thus the homogeneous society which they so desired can never be formed - which leads them to subdivide society itself into an incoherent patch-quilt of special interest groups with no definitive agenda.

By then hopefully the Church of England would have completed their magic spell to resurrect Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan.

For these sort of people work on the basis that, when you're worried you might lose an argument, don't have it and get as outraged as possible instead!

"You can't just become a woman by cutting off your testicles and claiming to be one' has a certain common-sense logic to it, and hence anyone who espouses that view will have to be restrained in other ways than reasoned, intellectual debate.


And as she said Greer is not going there to talk about trans people and nor has she published anything on it. It's utter nonsense.

I wonder how many science professors dont accept the statement that one can become a woman by cutting of their balls. She seems quite reasonable to me, has no problem with people making choices that make them happy and will call people by their chosen name.

The Church of England would probably prefer to revive Trotsky. They are a bunch of socialists in modern liturgical dress that looks like a Jackson Pollock painting.
