This guy asked me out on facebook....

I don't know him or anything lmao and apparently online dating is okay, and then "we can move on to meeting real life" lmaooo.

What are your thoughts on online dating (personally i find it weird)
If you mean dating an online presence, then yes that is weird. If you mean dating someone you initially met online, then that is pretty normal
It's acceptable on online dating sites because that's what they're there for, but some random guy messaging you on Facebook is just creepy.
I have no problem with online dating. Its worked for me and luckily I didn't meet any creeps in my time. Edit: I'm not talking about virtual relationships here lol.

I've had a fair few creeps message me on Facebook also and I happened to run into one of them recently.

I think when I was a little bit younger I wouldn't have minded just dated online, but I think now that I've grown up I would kinda prefer the intimacy irl.

I wouldn't be opposed to dating online AFTER meeting the person irl, but not beforehand.

Someone asking you out on facebook is not online dating.

If you have literally no idea who he is, would not advise.
