As my mother would say 'respect your body. love your parents and do not hurt them by allowing someone else to touch your body. Sex should be the last thing on your mind. your role now is to study and get good grades so that you can get into university. if you get involved in unnecessary things then you will be distracted and you will never succeed in your initial aims and ambitions'.

respect your body.

lol
Before anyone jumps at me and calls me a racist kindly look through my previous posts. on several occasions I have been attacked for defending muslims and islam even though I am not one. Many forum members have thanked me for defending their religion but I have made it absolutely clear to them that I am against anyone who speaks ill of any race or religion.

The reasons why I am highlighting the Rotherham scandal is because

the revelations of this horrific scandal was quite recent

the scale and length of the abuse was atrocious and most important of all

clearly the lessons that ought to be learned from that episode have been largely ignored This forum is an excellent platform to educate many of our younger, and curious audience who may face or currently facing such issues and they need good advice.

The truth hurts. My thoughts and prayers go out to all 1,400 young innocent white girls who were sexually abused and their families.

So by 'you should have respect for your body' you meant 'you should not be sexually abused by paedophiles'??? That is the epitome of a non-sequitur...

Parents play a vital role in the lives of their children during the younger years. If the foundation is unsteady then life ahead is going to be laden with one problem after another. The Rotherham scandal has shown that the social services are not equipped to deal with these issues. This was also reflected in Professor Alexis's report.

I see that you're always here on this forum most of the time. Why don't you take some time out to read Professor Alexis Jay detailed report on the Rotherham sexual abuse case? I have kindly attached it here for you above.

Stop. Just stop.
Did the abusers stop their vile acts when the young girls told them so? They did not. I have gone through the transcripts of the case which are all available online. It was really sad what these innocent girls had to go through.

Your points are just laughable.

Spoiler

you are right. the police laughed off these these allegations as fantasies when many of the victims came forward to the police station to attempt to lodge a report.

You can be a muslim and still be racist, Islam/muslims isn't/aren't a race...

The truth hurts. My thoughts and prayers go out to all 1,400 young innocent white girls who were sexually abused and their families.

No one is disputing that it is a tragic incident, but what the **** does it have to do with girls having to 'have respect for your [their] body'?

Again, what does this have to do with girls needing to 'have respect for your [their] body'? :erm:

The posts of yours that I have came across have, hitherto, been very agreeable, but this is just nonsense you're spouting and it makes zero sense whatsoever...

Some things bear repeating. This is how my mother has raised me. To respect my body,

If you 'have respect for your body' you could still be raped...

What part of this are you failing to understand?

I, and I imagine virtually everyone else on this thread, don't understand the point you are making by linking the Rotherham child abuse scandal with girls needing to 'have respect' for themselves... It's actually very insulting to the victims of the abuse.
If it's really that bad then you would have hired a prostitute than made a post on TSR about it.. People have bigger problems you know?
Ahahaha what even is this troll thread?

So you picked that scandal because it was recent and many people were abused... that still doesn't make sense. It also STILL doesn't link to your point about abstinence.

You have such an ironic stance, and yet you can't even see the irony despite it dancing about infront of your face. You talk about how these innocent girls were abused and your 'heart' goes out to them, and with no use of your brain whatsoever, turn around and blame THEM for what the abusers did. If the girls told the abusers to stop, and they carried on, does that mean the girls are to blame? How on Earth is it their fault? Do you want all women to stay at home and never socialise with any men ever? What if the rapists and paedos break into their house and they get overpowered, is it STILL their fault?

You need to get some perspective, and see if you really cared about these girls, you wouldn't blame them for what happened.

Stop being so ridiculously dishonest. I said your assertions were laughable in the sense that you equated someone not choosing to have sex to a paedophile ring, when the two are completely unrelated.

There is nothing wrong with having sex and choosing to do so isn't disrespecting your own body. What a backward notion that is.

Just because a few users gang up together to ridicule me does not mean I will back down. The same thing happened to me on other threads which were created to slam Muslims and Islam. People attacked me for defending Muslims and islam given that I was not a Muslim myself. I am used to this treatment.

1.

You clearly have not read Professor Alexis Jay's detailed report on the Rotherham scandal. I urge you to do so.
http://www.rotherham.gov.uk/downloads/file/1407/independent_inquiry_cse_in_rotherham

2.

You obviously did not watch all the documentaries that the various reliable news channels had broadcast. It featured interviews with the who's who of this scandal from top down such as ministers to police officers to social workers who clearly were clueless and offered weak replies on camera. I found the segments with the victims extremely haunting. thankfully their strength allowed them to give testimony which led to the imprisonment of their abusers.

3.

You did not read all the transcripts on this scandal which have been made available online. I have.

These are some of the men jailed for their role in the Rotherham scandal.
Clockwise from top left: Umar Razaq, Razwan Razaq, Mohsin Khan, Zafran Ramzan

For those who have zero knowledge on this case, many of the 1,400 girls were from poor broken families. They did not have parental guidance from young. When they began to receive love, care, attention, money and gifts by the sexual abusers these girls adhered to these men request of sex. These girls thought that by giving their bodies to these men, it would be construed as love and that these men would not ignore them or breakup with them. But these men made these girls sleep with countless other men. The details are graphic. Please consult online material to read and know more about the extent of what these men made these girls do.

This is why it all goes back to what my mother said 'respect your body. love your parents and do not hurt them by allowing someone else to touch your body. Sex should be the last thing on your mind. your role now is to study and get good grades so that you can get into university. if you get involved in unnecessary things then you will be distracted and you will never succeed in your initial aims and ambitions'

So effectively you're saying that out of the millions, if not billions of people in the world in a relationship without paedophilia and violence these 1400 are the prime example of why you cannot let others touch your body.

I'd say that's a real unconvincing case based on percentages, it's almost laughable, put the case into perspective and realise that for a start, your mum and dad must have loved each other and done something for you to be here.
