Some boroughs are not at all nice but generally it is such a nice city especially the centre and many parts elsewhere. Only minus is the pollution and cars

I concur, it's so multicultural and full of life, you wouldn't find this type of atmosphere, in most major cities.

expensive, unfriendly, polluted, stressful, way too busy, crime

and yes a lot of boroughs which are awful.

I think the negatives outweigh the positives tbh.

Plymouth is pretty bad. There are no opportunities here but the air is clean so I guess it has that going for it.
