Edit*: I remembered that bras exist. Same principle though for catching it on something like a towl, etc, which I have heard does happen.

Definite a turn on. I've got a a few piercings too, including one on my member, so it depends on the type of person I suppose.
Big turn off for me, albeit in fairness I'm not a massive fan of piercings in general.
I don't like piercings generally really

Turn off for me, not a massive fan of piercings. Ears are fine but other than that. Nose rings are the worst for me

I like nose, belly, ear.

...haven't experienced tongue.
