Biology A Levels A or B?

Hi,
I recently decided I want to get the A levels in Biology and Chemistry and I'm a bit confused with the two options in Biology. I am planning to study at home and sit the exams in the summer, so while looking for an exam body to get the materials I found out there are two types of Biology A-Levels (A level Biology A; A level Biology B). Does anybody know which type is required in the different science degrees at university?
