Interviews are exhausting, aren't they?

It is isn't it?

I just had an interview on Friday and I was exhausted after the interview finished. I wanted to watch a movie but I decided to just take a nap the whole day : /

How do you guys cope?
I just continue on applying for even more jobs to get more interviews.

Interviews can be really draining!

I have social anxiety so find social situations/speaking very draining as it is, but interviews I come away from just completely drained sometimes. I think the whole experience can feel quite exhausting, being so on edge and anxious to present yourself well, worrying about what to say and how you're coming across etc. Just the feeling of relief when you come out...

I had an orientation session in London today, just a quick tour of the building and a chance to ask any questions about the day and talk about any interview adjustments prior to an assessment day coming up, and even that was exhausting - got home at about 4pm and haven't got up from my sofa since!
