Mitosis vs Binary Fission help

hey guys
i was just wondering what the differences were for mitosis vs binary fission, do far i have got:

Mitosis:
-involves chromosomes, chromatids, centrioles and spindle fibres
-Has four main stages (G1, S, G2 and cytokinesis)
-Involes the formation of a nuclear envelope
-Invloves membrane bound organlles
-Occurs in eukaryotes
-Involves copying DNA from a nucleus

Binary Fission:
-Faster process than mitosis
-no chromosomes, centrioles or spindle fibres
-3 main stages
-involves non membrane bound organlles
-no nuclear envelope
-involves copying DNA from plasmids
-occurs in prokaryotes

i was just wondering if there are any other differences and if the differences i have state are correct. thanks help much appreciated
