Lol. You get rich and poor/rough in most boroughs in London. Central is the richest.
Do you want to study Accounting & Finance at uni by any chance?

Typically it's considered that South/East is rough and North/West is nice but obviously this isn't always the case

I think that all places in South London are either east or west, unless you live somewhere like Bromley or Croydon. First two letters in your postcode will tell you
