If an animal could speak the same language as us with no language barrier, you wouldn't be able to understand what he was saying, just because he'd be so far removed, his frames of reference would be so bizarre that you'd be left baffled like listening to two people speaking Japanese and you have no idea what they are saying, and times that by a billion. And that's how close we'd be to understanding animals.

So logically it would be impossible.
