I did this: x(x+2)/(2x-1)(x+2) + 2(2x-1)/(2x-1)(x+2)=1 x^2+6x-2=1 x^2+6x-3=0 Now i don't know what to do. Let me know what I need to do please!
I assume you mean (2x−1)(x+2)x(x+2)+(2x−1)(x+2)2(2x−1)=1? In which case I'm not sure how you got that simplification. I get: (2x−1)(x+2)x(x+2)+2(2x−1)=1 x(x+2)+2(2x−1)=(2x−1)(x+2)
From there expand the brackets and rearrange so the equation is equal to 0. Then solve like any other quadratic.

If you've simplified correctly (I haven't checked your algebra!) those are the correct solutions to the quadratic equation you posted in your previous post
