questionnaire - linguistic research

Hello everyone! I'm new here. I'm actually from Serbia and the reason why I joined your community is because I need your help. I'm studying English language and literature at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. Right now I'm doing my master thesis and I'm conducting a linguistic research. For this research to be valid I must distribute the questionnaire I made to English native speakers.

I would really appreciate it if some you could take some time and fill in this questionnaire. It's completely anonymous and I believe it won't take a lot of your time.
