I was extremely impressed by Birmingham's CS school, though the entry reqs are probably too much of a push for me...

There are better unis that will consider you than the ones you've chosen, do some digging to find out which.

The BSc at Loughborough (D*DD + you need the Mathematics for IT pros module at grade D): http://www.lboro.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/departments/computer-science/computer-science/

The BSc at Lancaster (DDD): http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/computer-science-bsc-hons-g400/#entrycriteria

The BSc at UEA (DDM): https://www.uea.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/degree/detail/bsc-computing-science

I'm sure you can do more digging

Thanks man :smile:and ill take a look, only thing is about most unis wany the maths as well which i dont have :/
Oh and the other thing i should mention is that i only have a c in maths and English gcse
I sound really dumb now i know, but i really do love computer science
UEA and Loughborough are better than sheffield hallam and Aberystwyth. If you don't get in those two we could probably meet up as I'm applying to Sheffield Hallam and Aberystwyth outside UCAS.😂😂😂😂

Retake the GCSE maths to a B. Take a look at the places you'd be comfortable with going to. There's loads of unis accepting without Maths.

See I like east anglia but would I still get in with a c in maths or am I just wasting my time applying?

Can someone just clarify for me? From looking at this they want ddm and b in maths and c in English? Or do they want a level maths as well?

They want at least one or equivalent science subject which are from maths, physics, electronics, computing or economics
So as I'm doing level 3 IT software that would meet the requirement?
