Polarity of molecules

How do you know which molecules are more polar? CHBr2, CH3I, CHCL2F, CF4
I know that CF4 is the least polar in order as it is not polar but what about the other 3, I have drawn diagrams for the shapes, but I still can't work it out. Many thanks
