UCAS application mistake

I accidently pit thebwrong code in for one of my ucas highers before sending it off, how do i change it or will the sqa tell them the actual grade for the right exam?
Ive emailed UCAS bit ive not had a response yet, what do i do?

What do i need to say? Would my name and ucas id be enough, as well as the correct code? And do i message the ubiversity or ubi admissions?
