If you like pretentious writing styles, The Drowning People by Richard Mason is good, Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand is good if you're going through an existential crisis, and anything by Ian Rankin is good too

Possibly, maybe I'll go for vascular, plastic or general surgery, but definitely surgery and definitely something which has a lot of demand in A&E. I used to want to specialise in emergency medicine but then I realised I'd never actually leave the department. As a surgeon you're in A&E a lot of the time on call, you're in theatre, you're in clinics. It's very varied and I like that :smile:
