all you have to do is make a list of everything you dislike about yourself, think over the logic of every item, then bin it. And then make a new list of everything you like and put your best foot forward

step 1 - body language
step 2 - verbal language
step 3 - personality

e.g
1 - posture, eye contact, take personal space
2 - clear and direct voice
3 - ask personal questions, quit the small talk, ask them what their passion is

other tips: polish your shoes, iron your shirt, get rid of the graphic t shirts, wear dark colours, quit smiling so much, don't treat strangers like friends - everyone likes to feel special! Imagine how you'd feel if someone was only nice to you!
