Despite that the overwhelming majority of refugees from syria are legitimate, the minority that are probable to be terrorists is large enough that I dont think any should be welcome, since we've no way to discern between embedded terrorist and genuine refugee. You have to place your country before asylum seekers when it's this dangerous to take them in. The danger of this was highlighted when Lebanon (the country to take the most refugees compared to its size) experienced a mini-insurgency of about 800 ISIS fighters embedded among their ~1 million refugees. The terrorists took the lebanese Qalamoun mountains, although Hezbollah has them so far successfully under siege.

There are so many ways for jihadists to enter Europe, though. Some have entered through southern European seas with the wave of Syrian refugees, others enter normally by plane or train, some enter with a genuine or with a fake passport, some have been born and bred in central and northern Europe. There is not an absolute link with the current refugee issue.
Whenever an atrocity like what happened in France occurs anywhere else in the world (which is not at all infrequent), there is nothing remotely like this ritualised parade of 'grief' and outrage in Western news and social media. When the victims aren't predominantly white Western Europeans, these things seem somehow to be much less upsetting. I'm not sure how you explain that unless it's some combination of racism, Eurocentrism and propaganda.

And you can't get around the fact that this was a politically convenient atrocity, with politically convenient victims and politically convenient perpetrators. This is an atrocity that was politicised from the start. While the bodies were still warm the wheels had already gone into motion, governments and right-wing movements across Europe already exploiting it to further their own racist and militaristic agendas.

And this was a tragedy on several levels. An atrocity on the obvious and immediate level just for starters, but an atrocity that is being used to justify further abuses, to deepen the brutalisation and marginalisation of France's immigrant and Muslim population, and to intensify murderous Western foreign policies abroad. But these very policies are exactly what sowed the seeds of last night's atrocity, and which make a repeat of it sadly almost inevitable.

Make no mistake, people will suffer and will die as a result of the way that this tragedy is exploited, and those people are overwhelmingly going to be Muslims, both those suffering exploitation and marginalisation in ghettos across Europe, or those facing bombing and war in Syria, Libya and elsewhere. And this exploitation of the atrocity is sadly only going to make a repeat of it increasingly inevitable.

Well it's natural and normal. How outraged do you think middle easterners were in comparison to Beirut and Lebanon? The closer it is the more real it is. The more similar the culture and country the more it resonates. Completely normal reactions.

'Political convenient'? Conspiracy or just those opportunistic Nazis commenting again? It's ironic that the blood is barely dry yet it seems Israel, the US and France are in tandem with batman and power rangers to bring down the middle east for oil.

Indeed. We should blame this on the ultra left wing Queen of Europe, Merkel, who lets muslims rush in a few months ago. Her party should stop calling themselves right wing because that is impossible.

Same thing with David Cameron. Shame on him leading a right wing party yet allowed tens of thousands of muslim refugees in.

It would not be hard to develop a case that this was orchestrated by the CIA to destabilize Europe in general. It has been their mission since 2001 to bring down every country they can to control world resourses and economy.
The lies and exceptional attitude displayed by Washington for the past 14 years is emperical evidence of their blatant disregard for law and freedom of rights. They have defied their own constitution to bring about what they call the new world order.

If Islam were dominating the world, it would be a wild place. Everybody would walk with knives and guns.

3 terrorists have been arrested whilst they tried to go to Belgium. The Kouachi brothers also tried to go there.

They have a massive problem of North-African ghettos, perhaps even worse than in France.

France's Muslims mainly come from Africa and they are to them what Pakistanis are in the UK. They are stereotyped as lower class and most Parisians look down on them.
