Actually I don't know. I found that the last date to apply in University of Bristol was 19 September 2015 http://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/apply/dates/. But my friend told me that he has applied in that university on 22 November and the application is excepted! Now he wants to know about St. Andrews University.

Perhaps that's for direct application? Direct applications made to St Andrews has a deadline of 31st January for medicine and 30th June for all others (both for overseas students).
