Do I actually look really tired in the pic? I suppose late nights after so many years are going to take their toll enough that everyone else'd be able to notice, but even if everyone else around me has, I definitely hadn't up till now.

Relatively, but i dont see it as a bad thing. It's not visibly bad, i think its more your expression. We all get fatigued so people shouldnt use it against you.
