It's been almost a month! How did they contact you?

By email! Check your junk emails? Although my ucas still hasn't updated

Nope, not at all. Questions you would expect really. Let others speak in the group interview but don't go unheard, use this as an opportunity to really show your communication skills. The individual interview was also fine, just show your passion and that you know what you are talking about and what you are getting yourself in for.

Did they ask you about the nhs or anything about the news? Thanks xx

Hi I would say plan for the unexpected as the questions online for nursing I've never been asked but questions that I didn't see coming I have been. Don't ever worry the universities are friendly and welcoming just revise the obvious and not so obvious.
Hi guys, I have been offered an interview at UWE which I am very happy with, but I have had to request another date due to another interview. I was just wondering whether anyone knows how long it takes for them to get back to me about the alternative date? If anyone has any information it would be very appreciated.
Thanks
I've applied to do Adult at UWE, Plymouth, Swansea, USW and Cardiff and received offers from UWE, Plymouth and Swansea. I had my interview today at Plymouth and I don't think I could've done any worse! I think it was it because it was my first interview but I felt I was just babbling for the whole time and I didn't answer the questions very well and the interviewers made that quite clear :s-smilie: Even though its my bottom choice, I feel it would really knock my confidence if I got a rejection.

Congratulations on your selection day. Don't panic! My Maths isn't great either (got a C at GCSE about 6 years ago and have done none since!) And I've passed all the Maths tests I've been to so far! BBC GCSE Bitesize is really good so try using that. The things to revise are fractions and decimals, percentages (and being able to convert them to fractions etc.) And converting between mililitres and litres. The questions won't be super difficult! On the day try not to panic and make sure you have included a unit if they've asked for one.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll be fine!

Wow, you have excellent experience. Have you attended any interviews/ got any offers yet? I'm also applying for adult nursing in KCL and Birmingham and I also study A level Biology and psychology. Good luck.
Anyone at the Adult Nursing interview at UCS (University Campus Suffolk) on the 10th December??
Just sent off my ucas application last night I'm a mature student (haha 24, not that old!) Applying for adult nursing at University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan and Salford. I'm currently doing the Access to Higher Education Diploma and really enjoying it so far! I have two young children and I volunteer at a care home . Would be nice to hear from some other people applying to the Manchester universities, I'm quite nervous! Xx

I've been invited for an interview and tests at the University of East Anglia on the 5th of December, Kings college London on the 9th of December, and at Coventry on the 14th of December. Is anyone going to any of these interviews?

Firstly, congratulations. I am doing the maths and english KCL tests this upcoming Wed. If I pass those, I'll have an interview at another time. Tell me how everything goes! Best of luck.

Hiya,

I had an interview with Manchester on Wednesday and heard back with an offer from them last night. The interview was really informal and chatty so you have absolutely nothing to worry about!

Best wishes

Thank you for the reply, well done on getting an offer that's amazing manchester is a great university! Oh that's great I hate situations when questions are just fired at you left right and centre! if you don't mind me asking how long after you sent your ucas did they reply with an interview offer? No worries whatsoever. Thank you! I am very happy with the offer. I heard back from Manchester relatively quickly actually… perhaps a week and a half later? I think you’ve sent your personal statement at a good time though, and have tons of relevant experience on your side, including life experience so I wouldn’t stress!Kind wishes!
