C2 Differentiation - weird question

Hi, for part (c) on Q5, I'm not sure why there is only ONE point, (5,-20), and not (1/3, -8/27). I would appreciate any explanations or help. I am fine with every other part, but this part boggles me.

For part c), look at the your first line of working.
You wrote + 7, it should be + 17
