can i ask why?

because I hate babies - that's a hurdle that's too much for me
toddlers and preschool kids are almost just as bad
teenagers are probably a different story though I suppose

what if you're partner wants a child?
never heard anyone say they hate babies but thats your opinion

Spoiler

if my partner wanted a child, she'd have to find herself another man
and I'd tolerate any baby that 1) doesn't stink, 2) doesn't make loud noises, 3) keeps its hands to itself 4) doesn't piss and **** itself 5) keeps out of sight as much as possible
The fact that I possess DNA that nobody else shares in this entire world. (i dont have a twin)

This fact makes each and every one of us unique.

i'm sure that as a baby you have done all the things above so why would you be intolerant of these things

yeah I know - my parents were saints.
but I was their choice I guess...and, again, I don't want children because I don't like children, whereas my parents probably thought "we like children, let's have a baby" - it's as simple as this. I don't choose to dislike children - it comes naturally to me - they look like potatoes with faces drawn on, they stink, they cry and yell, they don't sleep, they throw up everywhere, they depend on their parents for everything etc - I don't like things that stink, yell, cry, etc because these things irritate my nose and ears.
but honestly, if I don't want children, I don't have a duty to do it so why would I do it if I don't want to?

you wouldn't
i was just curious, i would be scared anyway if someone with your view of babies had a child:h:

yeah exactly - I'd have to be a masochist - both a terrible source of irritation *and* a massive source of financial drainage for a guy like me

Style- short skirts, boots & bare legs, often paired with a patterned blouse or sweater & faux leather jacket. I have a nose piercing & like to dye my hair red.
Interests- I've got a mix of sociable & more introverted ones. I enjoy clubbing & socialising with friends but also like to read, play video games, research information online etc. It really depends what mood I'm in.
Music taste- again it depends what mood I'm in but I enjoy a really wide range from hip hop/ R&B, mainstream pop & dance to rock/ metal.
Within my own family I'm quite tall- I'm 5'7 & my mum & sisters are all around 5'2/3/4. Plus I'm the only one in my family who's short sighted

that's a brave thing to do,
what made you want to choose a career completely different to your family? surely it must of been easier following in someone footsteps?

Thank you ! :colondollar:

I always loved to formulate arguments and public speak in school so it was a natural path to pursue.

Funnily enough, I am only pursuing a law degree out of interest and actually want to be a doctor. I felt like I just wasn't ready for medical school at 18 and so wanted to pursue something else first. It has made me appreciate my love for science more and I am looking forward to studying medicine hopefully in 2018. I want to be a pathologist and so studying criminal law has been useful.

Therefore, I guess I will end up following in my family's footsteps, although I will be the only one to have a Law degree as well as a medicine degree !
