Does anyone know the first day of term date for 2016/17 students?

I found this and it says Monday 5th September but surely that seems to early??
Also, does anyone know the date that students normally move in? It it normally the date stated by the Uni for freshers or is it a few days before? I would hate being there later after everyone else is there

I think that all the dates will be finalised next year. So it is better to wait maybe around March or May, everything should be put in place.
