Quite restless and very awake because I always feel my most awake in the day right before I'm supposed to being going to sleep
A bit mixed, really...
I'm off to the zoo I've volunteered at for nearly two years tomorrow- not to work, but to visit. I'm "meeting" the calf of one of the black rhinos, who I haven't seen yet due to being at uni. It'll be amazing, and I also can't wait to see how the baby elephant (who I saw at 8 hours old and have watched her grow up- she's now 18 months old) is doing and to see the other animals I became attached to, and bumping into colleagues. Yet I know, deep down, it'll be a hard one. I may not even be going back to volunteer there over the summer because if everything goes to plan I'll be going to Greece to work in turtle conservation, then after that comes the third year rush of applying for grad schemes, etc., which in all likelihood will not be with them.
Sorry, I'm very tired and probably sound a bit silly.
