Hmm...closest I know is of this sort is Feint. Perhaps check out Freefall and Homebound... maybe Pastels.

Rameses B(ae) - his DnB has a progressive feel doe. Goddess is one of my favourite tracks. Eh female vocals, all the songs I suggested have none so maybe Feint's remix of Dabin - Embers, it's great.
