Science CAU, do they add up the marks.

if you're doing double science, do they add up the marks and give you a mark out of 100 and that is your 25 percent ? This is aqa btw

What exam board?
You get a mark out of the maximum amount available, and that is then converted to UMS which makes up 25% of your overall UMS/grade.

Okay, your paper 1 and 2 will be added together and give you a mark /50. It will be converted to UMS, and be worth 25% of your overall UMS.

Not for AQA? Paper one is 20 marks, Paper two is 30.

If you're doing double science, you do:

Core - 1 ISA, 25% of your core grade.

Additional - 1 ISA, 25% of your core grade.

You get two separate GCSEs.
