Are there any specific types of problems you are having trouble with in particular?

The best thing is just to practice. Most will show you worked solutions so you can establish where you are going wrong and what to work on. If it's the timed element, again, practice.

Im finding it difficult to understand the questions tbh because they give you such limited time to answer them.

If you google, masses will pop up; and part depends on what type of numerical test (but all are good for practicing). Make sure you know % changes and increase formulas and how to convert currency too.

Here are a few though:
http://news.efinancialcareers.com/hk-en/17246/a-short-guide-to-trial-numerical-tests/
http://www.graddiary.com/numerical-reasoning-tests/
(think you may need to create account for the above, but they're quite good to start with)
https://www.assessmentday.co.uk/aptitudetests_numerical.htm
http://www.practiceaptitudetests.com/numerical-reasoning-tests/

Saw above it's timing you have an issue with - the more you practice the more you'll see what kind of Qs appear and become better with graphs, tables etc.
In some Qs working backwards may be easier, but watching the clock does NOT help - you need to keep it in mind, cut your losses and guess if you don't understand, but the more you watch the less you know.
And I try not to waste too much time writing notes - be comfortable with calc too (and cut your nails, had a problem with that last year lol.); and using the history to see previous answers.
