Oxford or Cambridge for Law?

Oxford. Better quality law faculty - just look at the faculty list and you can see a difference in terms of the quality of the professors. BA in Jurisorudence is considered somewhat more challenging as well as you can't spread your exams out and hide behind the tripos. Everything at Oxford depends upon your performance on nine consecutive days. BCL is also the best grad law course in the world.
People will not have been to both so therefore cannot really have much of an opinion.

I was wondering if you might know if it's easier to get on the BCL if you've done your law undergrad at Oxford as opposed to another uni? Would you still have to apply through the normal means, or is it different for Ox undergrads?
UCL, according to snufkin the department of law at UCL is on par with Oxbridge for law when it comes to teaching and is one of the best places in the world to to do it. 😂😂😂😂

You apply as normal. The advantage is that naturally a lot of Ox law undergrads end up on the course and secondly they occasionally accept a very high 2.1 from Oxford because of the nature of finals in Oxford. They rigidly stick to the 1st minimum for everyone else - including Cam.

Thanks, also is it common for students to apply straight after undergrad, or is it more common to spend a few years practising law first?
