out of these graduate schemes:
Trading
Investment banking division (m&a)
Big four for audit
Big four for consulting or corp fin
MBB
Actuarial consultancies (hymans Robertson, mercer, big four)
Asset management (e.g. AXA, blackrock)
Back office banking

By competition I mean how hard it is to get an internship at one of these sectors?

If I had to hazard a guess...

MBB, Top BBs/boutiques IBD
Rest of IBD, Trading
Asset Management
Big 4 CF / Consultancy
Actuarial consulting
Back office banking

What about investment consulting within these actuarial firms? Would you rank them at the same position? And what about smaller firms like LCP, Redington, Allenbridge etc.
