I've applied for a foundation year too! Do you have to go through UCAS and reapply to get onto undergraduate? Or do they automatically place you straight onto the course if you pass?

What course did you apply for & do you hope to study afterwards?

Well I live in Brighton so travel's pretty easy on that front haha, and I'm applying for politics.

What about yourself?

Physics. I'm from London and looking at the hassle of travel arrangements i.e 3 train changes to get to Sussex makes me :argh:

I hope I don't get lost. :afraid:

Ah nice man, the campus is pretty isolated which actually makes it really simple to find. If you get the train to Brighton station and then change there to Falmer it's easy

Yeah, its costing me £78 x2 adult tickets 6:30-9:00am & anytime return.
I have to change 3 trains, which is the main issue. I wish I could just catch 1 train from A to B. :frown:

I'm coming from London Euston -> Falmer costing me £39/per adult -> 2 adult tickets.

I hate how I'm going to have to figure out this train changing businesses.
Going from London to Manchester for a open day was way easier as it was only 1 train but 3 train changes :frown:

It says 9:15-9:45am = registration

It says the whole thing finishes at 3:30pm though I'd assume if you've seen everything you wanted you can just leave early. Check your email as they sent another email regarding more info about the applicant visit day

Ahh I see, sorry I misunderstood - thought you meant £78pp! Do you know which stations you have to change at? Maybe I can advise

Yeah, if it's anything like the opening day which so far it looks to be then you can leave whenever you've seen everything you wanted. It's very much go-wherever/do-whatever you like. They give you the map and timetable and you just attend the things that interest you. I left the open day around 1ish.
