When you say revise

What does this actually mean?

To me, it is just reading notes, trying to remember them. At GCSE, I started writing notes in April and tried to remember them. Seeing the vast amount of notes for A Level, how would you revise?

I am not a mind map flash card person.

In the run up to exams, do you read or notes and do questions?

You could...
- Teach someone else what you've learnt
- Say the things you're trying to remember aloud
- Practise questions and exam papers
- Mark schemes and making perfect answers to exam qs that you can memorise
- Write out things repeatedly. Check it against your notes/textbook until you've got it.
- Play revision games (we've done them in class, are actually quite helpful)
