Hey, I did edexcel, but you might find these useful:

http://www.my-gcsescience.com/core-science/biology/ (Unit 1 Biology)
http://www.my-gcsescience.com/core-science/physics/ (Unit 1 Physics)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/subjects/z9ddmp3 (Biology)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/subjects/zpm6fg8 (Physics)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/science/aqa/ (Old spec, but still may be useful)

I hope they help, sorry I couldn't find anything specifically for your unit 2 physics.

if you dont have a problem with buying revision guides, CGP core science is really helpful, it has B1, C1 and P1. Also id advise you to make notes yourself too because not only would they be revision guides, but they literally get berried in your brain. I regret not doing them from year 10 because ive done the first topic nd thats the only one i got really good grades in :P

I second what the other person said too. CGP are really good, I used it for my GCSE Sciences and many others I know did, as well as it being recommended here many times.

And it is also best to make your own notes. That way it would be in your own words, making it easier to understand and memorise!
