Can you do medicine at the top univesities if you good GCSE grades of 1A* 3 As and 6B but all As at AS LEVEL and high uk cat score .

It really depends on what you mean by good universities. Obviously all med schools are all qualified to give all medics a thorough grounding in medicine, and you end up with the same degree, so you could argue they're virtually the same.
However, some would say that Oxbridge, UCL and maybe Imperial are of slightly higher standards (perhaps better lecturers or better hospitals).
To be honest, what's most important is what the course structure is, PBL, lecture based or integrated, and how you learn best.
Although your GCSE's maybe not be outstanding, they are not going to stop you pursuing your dream. It may be worth retaking a couple as some unis now use GCSE's as quite a big factor for admissions.
If you can nail your AS's. that would help alot.
