Do you think the law on revenge porn is tough enough?
Is porn a swear word?
Why did you feel it was a good idea to send naked pictures of yourself?

Think about it: If you hit your toe really hard, do you go and shout "PORN!". No? Well, clearly it's not a swear word then. Really, it's just a genre for a certain type of movie - like 'comedy'...

I personally don't think there should be a law on it at all, if you share pictures of yourself with someone then it is no longer your private property, it is the property of that persony you shared it with as well and they are free to do whatever they want with it. You only have a right to complain if someone stole your pictures/videos or took them secretly and you weren't aware of it.

Wrong. You give them the picture with the understanding that they have the right to look at it, but not to distribute it and they post it online. If you give someone a book, you they are not allowed to simply produce hundreds of copies of the book and hand it out to people on the street. They are also not entitled to scan it in and post it on the internet.

I agree, what a stupid, dimwitted view to have lmao.

It's like saying "Right, you've told the doctor you've got cancer, it's his information now. He can go out and tell all these randomers about it. Don't like it? Oh, sorry you shouldn't have told him, should have kept it to yourself".

I'm pretty sure if can be made to fall under some kind of sexual harassment law etc. That dude that ran a revenge porn site in america got done for it recently.

I don't really want to live in your crappy world where all my interactions with other humans has to be a like a business transaction and I have to sigh a contract and everything is someone's property.

I don;t normally sue this phrase but this is the height of victim blaming :/ Relationships with people inherent involve sharing personal stuff, that includes photos. You could be in a relationship you think it for the long run then it all goes to **** and your ex becomes a massive dick and uploads sex tapes you made onto the internet. I don;t see why we shouldn't be able to punish knob heads who do that.

Have to disagree completely. If you send a photo to someone you're intending on them and only them to see it. It's morally (and now legally) wrong for them to then show people without your consent.

If you don't want your pussy to be seen by the Internet, don't be a narcissistic slut and don't send them to people. You only have a right to complain if someone stole your pictures/videos or took them secretly and you weren't aware of it.

Sending a nude doesn't make you a slut.

Whether you think there should be laws against it or not, you can't deny revenge porn is a **** move

There is a difference between legal confidentiality between a doctor and patient and the confidentiality exchanged between two lovers. (I think it's an illegal offence to do that now anyway??)

You had the chance to prevent it from occurring by not sending to prevent putting yourself in that position in the first place. But its wrong that he thought he was allowed to expose her like that :erm:

Cool story, unless you write that in a contract, I have no sympathy for you and don't care what the law says.

Why does it need to be written?
