Why is my brain so powerful?

Basically I was thinking as I sat in CCU clerking another patient, if all our heads are roughly the same size, then why is my brain so immensely powerful?

I mean my ability to process and retain information is just spectacular. Sometimes even I am astounded by my brilliance.

What makes some people so smart?

No I only have my own one brain. It's just so powerful though. I'm not sure why. I think it's because I worked hard at school or because I ate lots of omega 3 fatty acid pills one time I thought they were lemon sweets.
