Carragher is quite rightly tearing Moreno apart because he has been absolutely dire.

Yeah Moreno has been pretty crap tonight-so many wayward passes. Let's hope that goal is a waking call for the team and they get their fingers out their asses now.
This isn't like the game last year where Aston Villa simply outclassed us. We've been abysmal and let a so-so Stoke side believe they can go on and get the victory.

Ugh so offside..

Not gonna take away from Stoke because it was a good move.
However an official in a cup semi-final cannot be getting that wrong. It wasn't a hard decision, not at all.

Embarrassing.
Still, nobody can pass the bloody ball!
Can't see anything other than a Stoke win.
That's how bad we've been.
How did that not go in?
Not a single shot on target in 90 minutes at home. Wow.

Now Stoke have away goal advantage. Lovely.
Unsure if Allen or Gundogan
If we lose I'll be bitter because of the offside goal.
If we win, we're extremely lucky because we would in no way have deserved it. As bad as I've seen us all season.

Poor officials or not, Stoke deserve to go through which is infuriating to have to say.
We don't deserve to go through. Everton/Man City will tear us apart. Might as well just forfeit this mickey mouse cup.

Alex Texiera must be looking at this game. **** player going to a club who's **** atm, makes sense.
now you can see why Crouch barely starts for Stoke

what a miss by can!

Allen you absolute don!

Mignolet you beauty!
Both of his saves were outstanding.
We're going to Wembley!!!!!!

The one thing I'll give Mignolet, great at saving penalties
! Yay

He guessed right on the majority of them.
Hate taking the second penalty. Always far more nerve wracking to watch!

Indeed. There was one he was unlucky not to save. Glad we made it through in the end
****ing Joe Allen at it again eh
Let's hope you have a better time at Wembley this time.
Really really happy that we got through but Jesus Christ we made it difficult.

That was without doubt the worst performance I've seen from us all season. An extremely boring match, absolutely no ability to create and the passing was absolutely embarrassing.

The only players I can commend in that game are Sakho, Mignolet and Allen.
Sakho did exceptionally and saved us on several occasions.
Mignolet commanded his area surprisingly well and was the shootout hero.
Allen was the only player who could pass and he definitely made a difference when he came on, not to mention bailing us out as usual...

Sometimes you win when you don't deserve it. All I'll say is that Stoke did score a clearly offside goal to get themselves back in the tie.
