Well to find the Centre we aim to complete the square!

I'll start you off

x2−20x+y2−24y+195=0 x^2 - 20x + y^2 - 24y + 195 = 0
(x−10)2−100+(y−12)2−144+195=0 (x - 10)^2 -100 + (y - 12)^2 -144 + 195 = 0
