Two bedroom unit cost

We're looking to share on campus but only if it saves us money. But the two bedroom unit is 4.4k for the flat but then it says £117 per week per person.
Is this an error? As otherwise we should just go for single ensuite which are likely nicer too as well as cheaper!

Hi,

This isn't an error. With the two bedroom unit it is the cost per person, not per flat, so the figure for one person translates at £117pw x 38 weeks (average contract length). For two people it would be double that figure.

Yes the ensuite campus is cheaper per person than the two bed unit, but the extra cost is due to the fact you will be sharing facilities like a kitchen purely between yourselves. With an ensuite you would be sharing with all of those in the block :smile:
