How can their garlic bread have a better fat to protein ratio than half their chicken products? :dontknow: Can someone explain this to me

Papa Johns is still better anyway :colonhash: 0 trans fats ftw

Probably bc they're chicken is about as dry as the Sahara, I doubt there is much more nutrition in their chicken than there is in nettle soup.

There's numerous studies online and I'm at uni so I really can't :p: but why do you think it isn't better? There are studies veganism is better than omnivore lifestyle but nothing opposing it as far as I'm aware, I'd be interested in seeing some of those! I can see why people eat meat but I think it's illogical to believe there's no difference when studies show otherwise.

Well half of that, says it serves 2

Sorry for the late reply. Just want to clear this up. So it is 274 cals for the whole thing? 274 cals serves 2 means serves 2 people ???
Brilliant macros for long term gains, keep up 4000 calories a day and you'll be on your way to Mr Olympia!
Went to pizza express the other day, macros were great on the thin based pizza

On the Pizza Express nutrition upload I found, this pizza has ::

978 cal , 52.8 P, 43 F, 96.4 C

On MFP, the pizza has the same macros so that's good they match up.

But you have to be careful sometimes what you select on MFP as they can be so wrong lol.

No bad Macros though, was it tasty + filling though?

Yeah I saw that the " Leggara" option. Looks alright, maybe a bit crispy. Might try the Pollo Ad Astra first.
