Feel like I was one of the only people to hear from KCL in mid December from the looks of things! hope everyone's LNATs went well

Did you apply for the Kings scholarship?

Hahaa yeah law students are always like that. I guess its because the entry requirements tendto be so high so we never feel smart enough. Yeah I'm trying to hang in there but at least there's an offer from one lnat uni. I don't feel like all thepractices and late nights havr gone to waste 😂. Btw are you an international student?

Sometimes it just gets too silly - like if you don't get into oxbridge your life is over lol  So true, law students just need to chill and realise how well they are doing overall. Brilliant see it did pay off  I wish I could say the same but I did one practice paper.... 2 days before, convinced myself you couldn't revise for it and moved house the day before. So expected to get a crappy score  kinda surprised myself. Nope, not international? Are you?

Hi, just my LNAT results back sadly: 23... Do you think I still have a chance of getting offers from Bristol, York and SOAS with typical AAA grades? I applied late to all of them. Thanks.

I got an offer from Bristol with 23 so you do have a chance

I really want to go to KCL but I don't know if they would accept with 23... so waiting for a reply...

If KCL does not give an offer and UCL gives an offer (for Econ) then definitely UCL

Oooo wow hopefully you get an offer soon from one of them! Its kinda hard to tell they are so choosy but you haven't been rejected yet so they may be still considering. (:

mehhh I am an overseas student so the LNAT cut-off score must be much higher :frown: I am pretty much hopeless right now. But do not lose hope in Bristol... and hope you get in!

Awww, thanks! Not sure if I wanna go there now. Urghhh I really don't understand why they make it so hard for international students like surely it should be lower - are they trying to insinuate that its hard for you seriously, its so silly  don't be hopeless, hang in there  it may still work out! I know its hard but keep the optimism.
Ugh, I regret not applying to Durham...

I think a lot of people are beginning to think that  I'm kinda regretting some of my choices soooo....... oh well, no point now.
Has Birmingham been giving out offers?

I don't think this whole attitude towards non-British students is fair... I got 26 in my LNAT and still haven't heard anything from anyone... Especially Durham and KCL, my first choices. I don't think my essay was that bad either... I'm trying not to give up hope... Ps: I'm Italian

I think the international LNAT average is 26. Sometimes I think they're unfair to UK students as they lower the grades for international students because they bring more money into the universities. It's a well known fact. I really hope you get what you want. Bristol have been known to take as low as 18 if you have a good set of GCSE grades. This year Nottingham seems to be 25 as in previous years it has been 22. Good luck, as I know the wait is unbearable.
Is 19 too low for Durham?

Yes I got my Birmingham offer in September
[QUOTE=smaeb;62329225]Bristol offer holders - what are your predicted grades and how did you do on the LNAT?

I got 24 on my LNAT and am predicted 42 with 777 at HL in the ib. Though I did apply early November and didn't hear back until 20th January

Applied 21st Oct and heard back 5th Jan
Predicted grades A*A*AA
LNAT 31
Quite a long wait. I think they have to deal with all the Oxbridge applicants first as Bristol is popular as a second option for them.
Hope this helps😀
