Don't read the news or go online, it will do wonders to your happiness

The news are depressing, you will be much happier not knowing about them.
Ignorance is bliss.
Also don't go online on facebook, twitter, any of the news sites, use youtube only and only to listen to songs and don't read the comments.

Trust me you will be much happier and free.

Nah I'm alright mate
But TSR is clearly okay though?
I'd rather have some sort of awareness than become an ignorant tw*t.

No it's not actually.
If you want true happiness and freedom use the internet only to send/recieve emails and to listen to songs on youtube( without reading the comnents).

This is my last thread in here, and then i'm leaving this site forever.

I like knowing what's going on in the world :colonhash: ...

and I may have an addiction to the internet :teehee:
I kinda agree, I would be so much happier if I never read internet comment sections.

But then again you do need to be aware.

In what way does being aware of every wrong thing in the world help you?
It just depresses and angers and frustrates you...

Your not hiding from it , you just focus only on your life.
And not every bad thing that happens in the world.
And so you are much happier and free that way.
I have a tip for you and for everybody:
Try not reading any newspaper, don't watch any news on the tv, don't listen to any news on the radio and do not read any news online.
Also do not speak with anyone about the news.
And also do not go on facebook/twitter or any other website.
You will be much happier/focused/productive.
You will feel a sense of freedom that you have never felt before.
It's better than any drug.

True, but say for instance a place near where you live has a major issue, you may wanna be aware and stay away from there.

The internet and the news are a dangerous abd potent drugs.
They are like heroin.
You get addicted to it and it controls your life.
I disagree, I think ignorance takes away your right to have opinions, so no Ignorance is not bliss. :s-smilie:

I rather be an ignorant tw*t than an equally ignorant tw*t that doesn't know he is an ignorant tw*t because he got misinformed by the media

I bet your source of news consists of Alex Jones and David Icke, given you seem to have a hard-on that we are being misinformed by the media.

If so, you're very deluded and I advise you to seek help.
