Newcastle's maths building (Herschel building) is not much to look at either. Although this is where a lot of the unis events are held, like open days and public lectures.
It's also true for physics. They are often in same building :sigh:
Nottingham Uni is pretty nice.

I knew something didn't add up.....

Uni of Bath's Mathematical Sciences building, the L shaped one with the extra bit.

Nice timing indeed! I'd certainly recommend it but not over Cambridge (obviously)

It is breathtaking! I remember walking past it for my Churchill interview, I stopped for a minute, admired it and prayed that I do well on the interview. I was so nervous, worried and sweaty before it, but afterwards I felt much better. On my way back home, I walked past the CMS and admired its view again, praying that next year I will be in Cambridge. I think it gave me strength for my interview.
