I reckon it'd be cute if you were already together. Maybe not mate. Poems like that are too deep. I know that I'd find that a bit creepy. I'd prefer for you just to say 'look I like you' myself!

In all seriousness OP, sending her a letter is one of the worse things you can do.

You clearly have no idea if she likes you or not... so either 1) She'll read it, freak out and run to her girl friends OR, if you're really, really lucky 2) Sit on your dick.

Maybe if you actually develop a romantic relationship with your crush, give/read to her this poem on your anniversary, but if she isn't even aware of how you feel yet, you might come off a little strong. That would probably push her away/ make her distance herself. It is pretty deep and emotional. But nice poem!
