Energy change in Kg/mol GCSE Chemistry question

Could someone please help me with this question?

When 5.6 g of iron filings reacted completely with 200cm^3 of copper (II) sulfate solution, the temperature of the solution increased by 17 degrees C. Calculate the energy change in KJ/mol of iron.

RAM of Fe = 56

It should give a specific heat capacity, no? So you can find the energy transferred

Oh sorry. At GCSE for all solutions it is 4.2 J/g degreesC with all liquids I believe.
What exam board is this? I do AQA and this seems harder than the questions we do.

This is AQA. I have got to the answer I think.

I've found that the revision guide says that the overall mass of the solution should be presumed to have not changed so the 'm' in q=mc∆t remains 200 and the SHC should be presumed to be 4.2 for solutions.
