Did pork ruin our relationships?.

I am a male in his 20's.
Has porn ruined our relationships ?.
It made us guys view women as no more then sexual objects, and made us want unrealistic things in bed from women.
And it made us want to imitate the things we saw on porn, which are degrading and humilating to women.
And in porn only the guys desires are met, no effort is done to pleasure the woman.
Porn has ruined our sexuality in essence.

P.S.
There is a typo - I meant porn not pork lol.

Pork has only brought us closer together.

your title says pork
I think the problem is that you dont have to 'work for' sexual gratifacation with porn and it makes me lazy. Have given up pmo.. Quite liberating.

I can see where you are coming from but if you can knowingly differentiate between porn (make believe) and sex with a respectable girl say, such as your girlfriend, you can have a happy sexual relationship.

It made me objectify women
And see them as sexual objects and not as human beings with feelings :frown:

Then maybe cut down on watching it?

As a woman, I don't think it's ruined any of my relationships so far but I do think that it's daft for males to take sex advice from porn because as you said, those women aren't getting pleasure from it.

A man needs to find what a woman enjoys by actually being with a woman and discovering it together. Too many times men think that all sex is is the P & V which nope, it ain't.

My advice would be never ever take advice from porn. As a woman who has watched it before, yeah it's hot and it can be hot to watch as a couple, but the things men do to women would not be something that would be mind blowing for the average Jane. If you want sex tips, look online but don't look at porn.

I'm addicted to those POV videos of people eating bacon sandwiches. I won't lie, my partner gets fed up of how it affects my ability to enjoy a simple bacon sandwich in real life.
I did not find what I was expecting to find when I clicked on this thread.

I think it's widely accepted that porn isn't that good in terms of how it makes us view relationships and sex.

But I am addicted to it.

You said porn has not ruined your sexual relations, but I think that
porn makes us guys more violent to women during sex, and less attentive to women's needs and desires in bed...
Ngl. I was expecting a thread based around Islam, or a relationship featuring an intense like and/or dislike for pork , perhaps one partner not sharing.

I can't stop watching it.
I am addicted to it.
It's like heroin.
You get a dopamine rush from seeing tons of naked women.

Are you also in a relationship? Porn addiction is something you can beat and there are lots of support groups online.

Perhaps in your case you have become like that and I assume is someone is a porn addict that is true. But, for the average joe who watches porn, it isn't as bad. I think if men are used to porn and not being in relationships it can give them unrealistic expectations about what they're going to get in bed.

I think women should be open about what they like and I know I am. I haven't encountered anything violent in the past, but I don't think I've slept with a porn addict to be honest. Most men want the woman to have as much pleasure as them and so definitely are attentive, it's no fun having sex with someone who isn't enjoying it as much as you are.
The thing is, TV and the internet give us a false impression of what pork is like.

On the screen it's all low fat, lean hunks of meat getting pounded by some giant tool.

In real life, pork can be fatty. And the fat actually makes it moister and tastier. And not all of us have such a large meat mallet; too much pounding can actually make the meat too thin so you overcook it.

Although the sausages on the internet can be enormous. It's hard to be satisfied with a teeny chipolata once you know what you're missing.

You are right that it's most fun when borh of you are enjoying it, but
Porn makes you violent towards women in bed because in those videos they slap women and put sperm on them.

The patriarchy is to blame. Why are all men such sexist, racist, misogynistic bigots? All cis white men want to do is oppress women.

Porn makes men violent like video games make kids violent.

It doesn't.
