Where does this row of complex numbers come from?

So the Iab and Ica are given, they are then converted into rectangular from polar, but I cannot seem to figure where the highlighted from comes from?

Ica is moved to the front I think, but then the "(-40.070-j13.653) seems to come from thin air?
could you post the original question please ?
