Studying a year abroad?

I'm just curious since you can spend either a year/semester abroad at one particular could you perhaps study a semester abroad at 2 different universities .*. = a year abroad?

Would you be forced to take language classes in year 1-2 to prepare for the year/semester abroad in year 3 or would the university abroad have language classes in English? <--Would it vary upon the university?

Also, would student finance cover the cost living abroad or? Would you pay less tuition fees to your home university since you aren't studying there technically?

In theory all sorts of combinations are possible - but you need to ask these questions to the universities you're interested in directly. Each university runs their own exchange and study abroad agreements so the requirements and lengths (and the universities and countries you're allowed to go to) will vary depending on your course and your university.

cover the sort of financial support you'll receive - but again it varies depending on the agreement you study abroad under which depends on the university and course you're looking at.
