Hey I first want to thank you for that relative velocity booklet, it's been helping me a lot! Secondly I'm not totally sure about question 28.

I got the same answer as yours except with theta and phi switched. And in your solution, the direction of R, is going downwards, but in the question is said it's moving to the north. I'm not really sure.

That would make sense, since it's only one word in the question that would change everything. To be precise it's that "R is driving south" when it should be north, according to your solution.

Just check it ... Obvious typo due to copy and paste.
The solution is correct.
